This is a programme designed to support and sponsor promising youths in the movement in various fields of study, so as to build for the Church the personnel that would handle her projects.  The youths are to be missionary minded with an orientation to serve in the Church (for life) as it is with pastors. (cons. John 6 : 67-68a; 2Tim. 2 : 3,4).

 

Selection of the candidates is principally based on the personal qualification of the youth which includes (a) Salvation experience, (b) other spiritual experiences (c) commitment in the watchman (d) academic performance (e) other subsidiary factors like health status, etc.

 

Already the project on track as the missionary – youths are making impact in the various places where they were sent, like Ukraine, India etc.

 

It is therefore expected that watchmen should support the project through making donations (freewill offerings) and continual prayers for the youths in the field.
